Francis is the Executive Director of Action Dignity Society in Calgary. Prior to assuming this position, Francis was the Vice President for Strategy and Outreach at the Centre for Newcomers. He has over 20 years of experience in the settlement/service sector. Francis is an instructor at the social work faculty and adjunct professor at the Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary. He is currently a Board member of Canada’s Foundation for Black Communities (FFBC).
