Captain (Padre) McNeill is an ordained minister with the United Church of Canada that joined the Canadian Armed Forces after serving congregations in Halifax & Stellarton, Nova Scotia, as well as congregations in rural and urban Alberta, including St. Thomas United Church in Calgary.

Padre McNeill has been serving members of CAF for the past 4.5 years and served with 408 Tactical Helicopter Squadron, 1 Service Battalion, and 3rd Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry in Edmonton, Alberta, Maritime Forces Canadian Fleet Pacific in Esquimalt, British Columbia, and most recently deployed members serving on Operation Reassurance in Latvia.

Justin has 2 young kids, a 6 year old boy and a 3 year old girl, and has been happily married to another UCC minister, Rev. Candace McNeill, for 17 years.
